Flash X-ray Systems

MAJOR FEATURES
The X-ray tube can be mounted in the pulser or a remote demountable head in seconds
Control consoles come in a standard, 19-inch rack-mount.
X-ray pulse widths (FWHM):
70 ns for 150 kV pulsers
20 ns for the 300 kV, 450 kV, and 1.2 mV pulsers.
X-RAY TUBE ADVANTAGES
Multiple spot sizes available for higher resolution needs (0.7 mm to 5 mm).
Soft and hard X-ray tubes are available for the 150kV and 300kV systems.
COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY
Flash X-ray system use standard X-ray film cassettes and phosphorus screens.
Fisica recommends using Duur image scanner
- ScanX HC (laser spot = 50 μm)
- ScanX HR (laser spot = 14 μm)
Scan a 14” x 17” screen at 100um/pixel in under one minute.
Scanners work with Fisica’s proprietary PixelRay® digital imaging software.
